The Kalivo Customer Hub (KCH) provides companies a discussion hub at the company's Website where its customers can communicate and interact amongst themselves or directly with the company. With the KCH, companies are able to engage in two-way communications with its customers through blog postings, polls, announcements and comment and discussion threads.

All conversations can be subscribed to by email or RSS feeds. Conversations can be displayed or started from anywhere on the company's Website. For example, on a company's product page KCH can serve up a discussion area for feature or new product ideas.
