Starting listener

I'm trying to work with Listener and I'm already stuck. When I go to the siter there is no admin (mailbox) icon on the upper right. Do I need to have admin privileges set up? Or is there something else that needs to happen to give me access? I think I know what I need to do to see up the rss feeds and the listeners, I just need help accessing the right section of the site.

Have you signed up with that Hub? You'll need to create a user account by signing up. If you do so using your messageone.com e-mail address, you'll automatically be granted rights to enter the Listener parts of the Hub.
