Windows bat files for starting the development environment platform services

The following batch files make starting the development enviroment platform on the workstation easier. Be sure to change the directories to match your environment.

lds.bat

lds.bat is a simple wrapper for the start_services.bat

start_services.bat

This script starts the services in the proper order with delays so that each service generally starts after the previous service is running.

stop_brb.bat

this script stops the backgroundrb process cleanly. The other services will respond to ctrl+c .
